Dear potential guests: Whether in transit, for a small break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - on the balcony with panoramic views or in front of the blazing fire in the fireplace. The sofa-bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and good gastronomy - around it a lot of forest. Our cafe has breakfast on weekdays from 6 or 7 o'clock on weekends.

Our newly renovated tiny house for 2 - 4 people, nestled under the magnificent linden tree in our garden on the edge of the forest of Ziegenhagen, awaits you. It is only 5 km from the A7 and yet "at the end of the world" and offers many excursion destinations in Frau-Holle-Land with its castles and palaces. The beautiful half-timbered towns of Witzenhausen and Hann. Münden is only 10 km away. Likewise, our little ones (and big ones) can expect a magical old-fashioned/modern original amusement park.

Romantic oasis surrounded by meadows and forests. Beautiful hiking/ biking trails start directly at the house. There is a great covered barbecue with fireplace. The beautiful garden can be used in many ways. A table tennis table, a foosball and a dart board are in the double garage and offer fun in any weather. The beautiful antique country style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside of the holidays, we can usually extend the check in/out.

Our cottage is offered here in the beautiful Wohratal on the edge of the basement forest. Hertingshausen is a district of Wohratal surrounded by forest with about 160 inhabitants . In the village center there is a playground and a lavender field with seating that linger . From now on we offer 2 e-scooters for rent for a' 15 Euro /24h. They are scooters with street approval, which can be driven without a driver's license from the age of 14. If interested, just report it.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction!

Waldkauz's guesthouse family in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, near Kassel and is surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the door into the forest and yet only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with children) and large groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and feel very comfortable on a regular basis.

A cottage with garden all to yourself. Our romantic cottage is in the middle of nature, on a sunny, wooded slope above the small village of Mühlbach. The well-kept garden enclosed with a hedge has many beautiful seating areas . In the garden there is a small pound, two beautiful large loungers and a barbecue. The beautiful view of the village and the beautiful low mountain landscape enchants every guest. One pet is allowed.
