Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in lovely rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing water. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

The Studio | Tiny-house coziness with outdoor area

This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room. One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed. The apartment is still active gallery, with 3 terrace doors leading to a terrace with space to eat and relax. The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

Sunny, large garden, family friendly and fireplace: The beautiful apartment in a converted stable is ideal for people looking for peace, exercise and nature. You can make bonfires, bike rides or sit in the Gaube and enjoy the unobstructed view over the garden and pastures. A beautiful swimming lake can be reached by bike. Wi-Fi (about 23/7 MBits) and washing machine are available as well as two private entrances. The sauna costs €10 for 2 hours, every additional hour €5.

Light-flooded, Scandinavian-style holiday home The cottage is very well maintained Carport is located at the house. Bright friendly kitchen, with seating by the window. Shower room with window. Open living room with large living area, Dining area with antique swedish bench and folding table. Under the roof - bedroom with bunks double bed and single bed with 24 cm high comfort mattress and small library with games collection. The holiday home has a private terrace.

The approx. 30 m ² house has two rooms and a shower room. In the small front garden you can enjoy the morning sun and on the side terrace the evening sun. Our Resthof is centrally operated with a pellet heater. The farm is only a 15 minute walk from the Baltic Sea. From the nearby wild beach, you can look over to Denmark. Glückburg, 5 km away, has good shopping and Flensburg, 17 km away, impresses with its harbour and the many colorful houses.

Our cozy 12qm guest house is newly renovated and equipped with two sofa beds (140x200), fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Linens and towels are provided. The cabin is thermally insulated, but has NO HEATING and NO KITCHEN. Also no heaters of all kinds or hotplates may be operated. 15m away is a new bathroom in the outbuilding which is available to you. Garden table and chairs, garden loungers and barbecue are available.
