Gas plumbed grill for BBQ Flat screen TV's Very spacious with 2 living areas. Dining Table for 8 w/extra leaf & 2 extra chairs to seat 10. Close to SLC & Ski resorts. Loud, large parties are not permitted if police are called you will be asked to leave w/ no refund. Perfect for lg families, ski groups & convention attendees.

The Dutch House is an stylish updated Basement Apartment with a Dutch flare as my husband was from Holland! Heated Pool is open May 24th to October 15th. Guests have full access to the pool, playhouse, BBQ, patio, gazebo & flower garden! 30 minutes to ski resorts Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude. 45 min to Park City & Sundance. Snow-shoeing/hiking trails 15 minutes up Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons. We're in the heart of Sandy close to great restaurants, shopping & movie theaters.

Downstairs apartment. 4 Bedroom 2 bath with private entrance and kitchen. Great room for relaxing with gas fireplace and 72"TV. Hot tub hammock and fire pit overlooking Antelope Island and the Salt Lake Valley. Great sunsets. Fenced yard. Dogs live upstairs. No pets without prior approval. Extra fee of $10 for guests 5-8. Quiet hours 11PM-7 AM. Hot tub is closed during quiet hours. If you are locals and looking to be loud and party please do not book at this location. EV charger.

A charming 3 bedroom home with two and half bathrooms Almost all amenities one can think of is inc: game room with pool table, dart etc, hot tub, playground for kids with swing set. Completely fenced yard with picnic table grill and fire pit. On the inside, in addition to basics, with full functional kitchen and living room, the house has water treatment system which provides soft and filtered water. We are happy to provide it FREE charge. Don't border to buy your own bottled water!
