Fristed in an idyllic setting close to Ebeltoft

This lovely gem is located in popular cottage area, close to Ebeltoft. On the great natural plot, there is peace and quiet with bird whistle, wildlife and high to the sky. The cottage contains a new kitchen and new floors. Lovely conservatory overlooking the large garden. Large bedroom and a small room with bunk bed and bathroom. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed. Wood-burning stove and heat pump as well as electric radiators. On the grounds there is also an annex with two sleeping places. In the annex there is an electric radiator.

Cozy cottage by the beach.

The house has the most beautiful view of the field, and is close to Denmark's best child-friendly beach. The house has two rooms with two beds in each, as well as an alcove with two sleeping places. You must bring your own bed linen, towels, cloths, tea towels, toilet paper, hand soap, sulfo and dishes. The house must be cleaned before leaving. A photo of the switchboard is taken at the gable of the house upon arrival and departure. Price for consumption is DKK 5.5 per. KWh. It is not allowed to charge an electric car in the house.

The house is located 200 meters from the beach and is located just behind Molskroen and Molskroen's popular ice house. The house is located on a nice road with avenues in quiet surroundings. Fantastic enclosed garden. Close to Ebeltoft town and harbor.

Close to Ebeltoft C, Islands, beach & forest. Accommodates 4 guests in the house. Annex with room for 2 people that can be opened up to a more price of DKK 400 per night Cromecast and Sonos. The cottage contains personal belongings that are not allowed to be used. It is allowed to use dishes and kitchenware. A freezer drawer is available and space in the fridge for your own brought food. Please bring bed linen and towels. Ocean view, and 1.5 km to the nearest beach. Cleaning must be done before check-out
