Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on secluded farm with many animals. Additional room available (no. 2 u 3). Children up to the age of 12 are free - please do not enter! You are welcome to help milking the 70 cows, there are horses for walks and riding lessons by arrangement/payment . Rustic pool with private spring water. 'Ebitzle'- a city apartment in the green!

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

On 50 square meters we offer a place with cozy warmth through the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months, the recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the weather) can be used in the garden.

Farm: Live differently.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs to the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. W-Lan is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, e.g. on our Bachbrücke or in the stables.

The Eigenhof is near to Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest city in store. Many historical sights in Rems and Kochertal are within easy reach. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. You live on the ground floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses at a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herd dog Jule. There is an extra sauna and a small swimming pool. Sitting area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. You can book a ride or walk with the horses.
