Cozy apartment on the ground floor with private terrace. Seaside resorts, shopping and restaurants - all within easy walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Swimming area with kiosk approx. 1.5 km (accessible via car-free pedestrian cycle path). From November to about the beginning of April there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the landscape protection area.

Our house is located directly on the Romantic Road in Reichling in the beautiful Lechrain, about 15 min. from Landsberg am Lech or the Ammersee. You can reach Munich or the Alps in about an hour. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or just spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. There are no wishes left here!
