Nice light bathing room. No lawn but wooden terrace around the house. The beach 1 1/2 min away. Hasmark beach is fantastic 365. Good long walks to Enebærodde. As the house is used as a holiday home, cobwebs can be found inside and outside. The beach is close by, so you can't always avoid sand on the floor.
