Atelier apartment at the foot of the Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 sqm, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg, or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, Markt u. Lutherhaus 10-15 min., Wartburg: approx. 35 min. (Waldweg), Bahnhof: approx. 15 min. Hiking: Right behind the house begins the forest and many hiking opportunities close by. I am more than happy to give tips and information material. The windows of the studio go to the yard, which partly greener serves as a parking space to the (large) part. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby downtown (about 6-10 minutes walking distance). The surrounding southern district is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and worth seeing alone because of its many Art Nouveau villas. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min ) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio ( non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Since there are always requests, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are at the guests' disposal. Sheets, towels and hair dryers are available. In addition, of course: washing utensils/tea towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests traveling by car have a private parking available right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on wednesdays, (arrival wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school-holidays. Note: with the exception of the Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4-6 pm. If your stay is a Wednesday, you will get a delicious breakfast as a small reimbursement. Just let me know your wish day before arrival.

High-quality, lovingly & ecologically renovated apartment on the ground floor of a historic building (construction period ~1520) in a cul-de-sac in the middle of Fulda. Downtown is a 3-minute walk. The apartment is well-equipped with underfloor heating, solid wood floorboards, kitchen incl. Dishwasher & oven, bathroom, music system & TV with satellite connection, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer. There is also an exit to the terrace or garden. Extra sleeping couch in the living room - kids welcome!

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shops and public transport are right around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45sqm, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking spaces are available in front of the house on the public street and free of charge. At the foot of the Frauenberg, right on the Fulda, we rent a apartment newly renovated in 2021 in our historic water mill with up to four sleeping options in two separate bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Fuldas, the city center can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike. Our large yard also offers free parking. Shopping can be reached in two minutes on foot. On the farm live two lively, friendly dogs.

Our guests can look forward to a small apartment on two levels with a large balcony. It has its own access so you can enjoy your stay undisturbed.
