The cottage is new, stylish and very cozy, with fine materials, such as oak-fish-grat parquet, natural stone, high-quality textiles and box spring beds. This makes this cottage something very special. It has two small Kitchen-living room with upholstered seating area, two living rooms with 2 comfortable sofa beds, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4 of them. Natural stone shower, green furnished south-west terrace and 2 balconies.

Bernried - mehrfach schönstes Dorf Bayerns - liegt am Westufer des Starnberger Sees. Der unter Landschaftsschutz stehende Bernrieder Park (ca. 80 ha) bietet viele Wanderwege und direkte Zugänge zum See. Das kulturelle Angebot (u.a. Buchheim Museum) ist attraktiv. Our little cottage is located in the middle of our horse farm where we also live. Here you live idyllically in nature and yet conveniently located. Quiet walks directly from the farm invite you to forays through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each about 30 minutes away by car) is ideal for exploring the city. The small house has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
