Small farmhouse in the Languedoc

We rent our little cottage ideally located amid vineyards héraultaises. This little paradise will allow you to relax while enjoying a tourist area (Lake Salagou 5 km, sea 40 minutes, circuses Mourèze Navacelles, Saint-Guilhem-du-Desert Larzac plateau, ...). On the way to Saint-Jacques de Compostela, the small chapel of Hortus is in the garden! A 3 km is a small town that has all the amenities (including a beautiful southern market every Wednesday). In 30 minutes, you can join the cities of Montpellier, Béziers and Sète. This small house has a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom and a mezzanine with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub.The furnishings are simple but practical and tasteful. The terrace will allow you to make user-friendly snacks in the shade of bamboo fencing and you can enjoy the green land of 2000 m².

Appartement de 64m² dans maison de village traversante donnant sur vignes et gorges de l'Hérault. Proche du centre du village. Un escalier un peu raide permet d'accéder à une grande pièce à vivre ouverte sur un grand balcon/terrasse avec baie vitrée orientée est qui surplombe un jardin et une vigne, vue belle et dégagée. Ce gîte est très chaleureux et spacieux, dans un terrain clos et arboré de 2000m², avec de superbes vues sur les massifs environnants. Il est paré de bois tel un chalet, avec son bar et une cheminée à foyer ouvert qui le rend très sympathique et convivial. Ilse compose de 4 pièces, salon/cuisine/salle à manger, 1 chambre principale, + 1 d'appoint, 1 S de B et 2 WC. Je vous invite à regarder l'ensemble des photos, ainsi vous visiterez le gîte ("plan") et les paysages environnants à découvrir.

Our gite is in the middle of vineyards on the outskirts of our small winemaker village at the foot of the causse du Larzac. The cottage is built next to our wine shed and has all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. Between sea, vineyards and garrigue, 10 minutes from Montpellier, rents old small stone barn fully restored in the medieval village of Murviel Lès Montpellier. Situé entre Mourèze et Clermont l'Hérault, l'Atelier, ancien atelier de fabrication de carreaux de ciment, est un gite de 80m2 niché dans une petite vallée du grand site classé, à cinq minutes de toutes les commodités. La maison est sur un terrain boisé de trois hectares, proche du lac du Salagou, de Villeneuvette, de saint Guillem le désert et bien entendu du cirque de Mourèze. La maison, le jardin et la terrasse sont indépendants et sans vis à vis.

It is a very new and charming little house located 1.4 km from Lake Salagou in a quiet area of the Mas de Clergues. The house is located 10 min walk to Octon center. The property has a beautiful neat indoor and outdoor service with a warm, relaxing atmosphere... The view from the living room and terrace is superb and overlooks directly the nature and the Salagou valley. There is a small garden to relax, prepare a good grill...
