Enjoy newly constructed, stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to dining, shopping, recreation and Bde Maka Ska (lake). Access to professionally landscaped yard with an adirondack seating area, fire pit or stream your favorite movie on the movie screen. Walk, jog or bike the paths around the lakes. Some of my favorite establishments - all walking distance - Black Walnut Bakery, Sooki & Mimi, Basement Bar, Uptown Cafe, Granada Theater, Barbette, Amazing Thailand & Tenka Ramen.

This home is an eco-friendly, luxury retreat in a small footprint. 4 bd + full gym, close to everything from walking trails & parks to stadiums & the Mall of America. 4 fireplaces (2 wood, 1 gas [in winter], & 1 electric). Fenced backyard surrounded by private meditation path. Beautiful sunroom overlooks the backyard and is a wonderful spot for morning coffee/tea. Did I mention the full gym?? Free weights, cardio equipment, and cable machines.
