Cobbler’s Cottage is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing break whilst exploring the Lake District and all that Cumbria has to offer. This modern, comfortable and well equipped one bedroom cottage has free parking and is located close to the M6. It is in an ideal location with some of the Lake’s most iconic places such as Ullswater, Helvellyn and Blencathra only a short drive away. Greystoke has a shop/post office, outdoor pool and the excellent Boot and Shoe pub is around the corner.

Entire place! Brand new detached cottage with a double or twin beds, fully equipped kitchen, space to eat. A lovely peaceful location, down a track in the heart of the lake district. Within minutes of Ullswater, Keswick, Glenridding, Pooley Bridge and Penrith. Views of Little Mell Fell and Blencathra from the garden. The garden is an acre of lawn with paths to explore. The cottage is set on the shores of Wastwater and so offers stunning views of the lake and the surrounding hills. It is the perfect starting point for numerous Wainwright walks. Scafell Pike, Yewbarrow and Illgill Head can all be started from the doorstep. Very easy access to the lake for paddleboarding, kayaking and wild swimming.

Welcome to Crook a Beck Barn, Patterdale a former Cart Barn which we lovingly restored during 2017. The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys.
