Vacationing in the Waldhaus, Odenwald Neckartal Heidelberg

High above the Neckar Valley, the forest house, renovated in 2018, stands on a large garden property right on the edge of the forest. The house was built in the last century as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the noisy big city and now serves just that purpose again. The new cast-iron stove fits in with the character of the house, which takes care of the heating of the house with log wood. Without the stove, the cottage stays cold with appropriate outside temperatures!

It consists of two semi-detached houses, which are temporarily rented to holiday guests. (The second apartment "Erne Müller" can also be found on Airbnb.) Secluded location in a popular hiking area. Numerous swimming lakes in close proximity. The apartment "Hägelesklinge" sleeps 4 people.

Sunny apartment with spacious living-dining area and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher, freezer, oven and hob. The metro (Peregrinastr.) is only 100m away. By train or car / taxi it is 10 min. to downtown, trade fair and airport. The bed is 180 x 200 cm (king size). The sofa bed is also 180 x 200 (king size) W-Lan, bed linen and towels are available. The cottage was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the many woods, one feels at one with nature. A living room with tile stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a holiday together.
