Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. "Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. This detached house is located in Bungalowpark de Wielen with a shared pool and a playground. Our house has about 85m² living space and a 450m² garden around it. It is fully equipped with anything you might need. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with a shower, a newly renovated kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven, the dining area for up to 6 persons and the cozy living room area with a TV and a fireplace. On the top floor are the 3 bedrooms and an extra WC.

Comfortably and newly renovated farmhouse with two bedrooms in a small village directly located at the Markermeer. It's quiet and surrounded by nature with lots of water birds. There is a terrace at fishing and swimming water with great sunsets. The house caters for 4 people. There is a well equipped kitchen and smart TV with Netflix. Elegant Family Home Greater Amsterdam Area

Elegant, characteristic, spacious, light, house with a luxurious touch. Located close to Amsterdam and Utrecht, the hey, the forest, and the lakes with all amenities, bars and restaurants at walking distance. We added this year a gardenroom to the house and renovated our back garden. Besides that we added a new bathroom at the second floor. The house is perfectly equiped for families up to 5 persons.
