Our place is ideally situated in the heart of the Victorian town of Ventnor within walking distance of Ventnor park, the beach, the town centre, Steephill cove and and the Botanical Gardens. Despite this, it is in a quiet location and the house is light and airy with wonderful sea views. It is ideally suited to families with kids of all ages, couples and groups. A recently renovated 5 bedroom house, only a 2 minute walk from Seagrove beach down a hill and a 15 minute walk from Seaview village where you will find a great community shop, coffee shop, deli (incredible ice creams), gallery and wine bar, as well as a fantastic pub called The Old Fort. Perfect for families and friends to enjoy all year round. Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place, it is a beautiful large newly built house with its very own playroom/cinema, large open plan living room and kitchen that opens onto a large deck into the garden. There is an upstairs lounge with a spectacular balcony that also adjoins the master bedroom that over looks the ocean.
