Beautiful apartment with balcony facing the sea, located on the dike of Le Portel, on a busy street. You will be charmed by its exceptional location close to the beach and close to amenities ( restaurants, tobacco, en primeurs etc...) Measuring 40 M2, you will find a bedroom open to the living room, an equipped kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with shower, all recently renovated in 2022 with a clean and elegant decor.
