Beautiful 1-bedroom flat in central Manningtree

Located in central Manningtree, this flat is within walking distance of the beach (3 minutes), the local pub and wine bar (2 minutes), the train station (10 mins) and several brilliant restaurants (5 minutes). Self-contained, the flat has a small patio garden at the front where you can sit and watch the world go by. Accommodation is one double bedroom and one small double sofa-bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. This is a little gem at the heart of our beautiful town.

The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

Shepard’s Hut in Small Orchard

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Our small orchard has 2 x cherry, plum, 3 x pear, 2 x apple, greengage, apricot, mulberry, medlar and olive. We also have two 2 x raspberry, loganberry, Japanese wine berry and our own hops

Country view annex

Forget your worries in this calm space. Our annex is detached from the main house and you have the run of the whole place. Set on 1/2 acre of land in the sweet countryside of Tendring Village with lovely farmland views. There is parking on a large drive. Please enjoy our spacious green garden where our chickens roam free. There's lots of walk’s nearby, including beaches just 15-20 mins drive. There is 1 large bedroom with double bed, with 3 small folding beds available on request.

Daisy Beach House is your seaside dream house!

Daisy Beach House in Walton-on-the-Naze has bright furnishings, white walls, tongue & groove panelling, bunting, fairy lights and lots of fun and quirky accessories! You will really feel the holiday vibe when you walk in! The house is in a fab location right behind the beach huts & the prom so just a short stroll and you're on the beach! The house even comes with a front row Beach Hut included at certain times of the year and with comfy beds and sea air - you will sleep like a log!

With off street parking for two mid size cars and a south facing (sun trap) garden, Jasmine Cottage is a perfect base for a Suffolk getaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. A cosy annex with double bedroom, en suite, small lounge and kitchen. Access to garden with views overlooking fields, with private patio area where hot tub is situated (seasonal access, additional cost applies). Cosy and comfortable, everything you need for a long or short break. 5 mins walk from the train station, 10 mins from the town and 15 minutes from the beach, or a 2 min drive from either. Backs on to open fields with country walks to beautiful beaches.
