It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hainer 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out from the remaining new "vacation cubes" due to the older hut charm. Instead of standard veneer furniture from the bar, there is an individual decor, beautiful views of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants to harvest. Very nice and well-kept duplex apartment over 2 floors in a perfect city location with excellent access. In the middle of the currently most popular district of Plagwitz and yet quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. Everything has been carefully renovated with attention to detail. English: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket on the other side of the street and the city center is within walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 metres away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
