Modern Rustic near Concord Speedway/Cabarrus Arena

My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light when opened. The patio has seating for two for evening relaxation and remote controlled light to set the mood. The patio is shaded in the evening and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. Netflix and HBO for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

You are going to love it! The cottage is furnished with an eclectic flare. Lovely artwork and a kitchen that is very user-friendly. Spices included :) This 2 BR, 1 bath cottage, makes a cozy getaway. Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable. This 100 year old farmhouse has been completely restored for your comfort and is just waiting for your visit. Sitting on 20 acres of land, and slightly off the main road, it is a perfect place to relax, unplug and get away from all the hustle and bustle of life.
