Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Bright Cozy Apt in the heart of Margaretville Village features a queen-sized bed in the cozy sleeping loft, the couch opens to a twin size as well. The Porch Upstate Super clean

Halcottsville is a tiny hamlet In the heart of the Catskills .The porch is a compound with an old general store built in 1890 which is available for rent .We also have a restored barn , gardens and Apple orchard . The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. We will definitely will share our veggies and fruit with you . We have 3 sheep , 10 chickens and 5 barn cats .Halcottsville has its own post office ,voluntary fire department and a beautiful Lake.

River view:

Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

Late fall in the Catskills is an excellent time for hiking & relaxing. Looking ahead, we are 13 miles from Belleayre Mtn., 17 miles to Plattekill Mtn. Explore fun towns like Margaretville, Andes & more. The loft is a cozy, private place to unwind as you enjoy a Catskill Mtn. adventure. Super savings on longer stays, too! Our road is plowed & sanded, but you will definitely need AWD & SNOW tires to ensure smooth travels in WINTER. No need for AWD rest of year.

Little Red Schoolhouse

A charming Schoolhouse from the mid-nineteeth century with a separate sleeping cabin and bathroom approximately twelve feet away from the Schoolhouse itself. Open from March through the beginning of December. Remote, yet accessible. Two night stay minimum. PLEASE PARK IN THE PARKING LOT BY THE ROAD -- not on the dirt road itself, nor on the grass as it leaves tire marks on the grass (apologies for my obsession with a maintaining a nice lawn)
