Amazing beach house

Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Such a premium position makes for a truly fabulous holiday!

MODERN FAMILY VILLA BY THE BEACH

Family holidays with a view and a big garden close by the sea. This house is perfect for families who seek an appartment with a very big garden, barbecue and all the amenities of a modern house (fast wifi, utensils, laundry machine). There is room for 5-6 persons in the house which consists of a cute bedroom with 1 sofa-bed that opens and a living room with 1 double bed, plus a sofa-bed. The beach is 500m away whilst supermarkets 5min by car away.

Το ASTERIS LUXURY HOUSE είναι ένα πέτρινο σπίτι στην καρδιά της πρωτεύουσας της Χαλκιδικής το οποίο απέχει 500 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία. Two bedroom apartment with bathroom, studio kitchen and two balconies overlooking Kassandra Bay and Sithonia Nature Reserve. It is located on the 4th floor and is the highest point among all the buildings of Neos Marmaras. A large balcony with great and comfortable furniture!
