Living in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with its wonderfully high ceilings and thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large living room-kitchen, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go mountain biking or walking directly into the Palatinate Forest. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk away. In the village there is a small restaurant with village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The renovated townhouse (19th century), with artistic flair, in the middle of Neustadt, located in a quiet side street, with 2 double rooms, 1 single room, living room with kitchen, 4 shower rooms, 2 terraces and balcony, especially suitable for friends who want to have a private area on a shared holiday: such as a private bathroom and a private floor. In the living room there is a nostalgic stucco ceiling, the whole house has (partly renovated old) wooden floors. The alternately exhibited paintings are for sale.

Wunderschön gelegene ca. 100m² 2021 neu sanierte, sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung im EG eines freistehenden Dreifamilienhauses im Herzen Landaus. Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

Holiday home in the Kastanienwald

Our holiday home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the southern wine road in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Devil's Mountain, at 355m altitude, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250sqm fenced forest plot there is a viewpoint with a view of the Rhine plain, an outdoor seat made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. On this portal we also offer our new "forest house with a dream view" for rent, also located in Burrweiler am Teufelsberg.

Classy apartment in historic town hall

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately.

Our luxury apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, a 900 inhabitants municipality. Directly behind the house the vineyards begin. An ideal location for walking and noting in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Children and infants are desired. 😊Shopping is 3 km away. 4 restaurants in the village and child-friendly Outdoor swimming pool very close !

The apartment is minutes from downtown with restaurants, cafés, wine bars, historic wineries, various shops. The vineyards start around the corner and lead all to the nearby hiking area "Palatinate Forest“ with its popular managed huts. Take the whole family to this great place to stay. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking lovers. We start directly from the house to the Jungpfalzhütte.
