La casa es muy amplia y es perfecta para familias, ya que cada quien puede tener su espacio, el área de sala-comedor y cocina es perfecta para que los seres queridos o amigos que viven en la ciudad te visiten. El fraccionamiento es muy tranquilo, no escucharas el ruido de los autos pasar o los típicos ruidos de la ciudad, esto es excelente para descansar en las vacaciones. En el jardín trasero podrás tener reuniones mientras hacen una carne asada o pasan un rato ameno en el exterior.

This modern/luxurious apartment is located in a private cluster 5 minutes from the airport, 8 min from the Imbursa water park and Plaza Nuevo Veracruz. 15 minutes from the main beaches and hotel zone, as well as the Veracruz boardwalk. The area is very quiet, 24-hour surveillance. You can use the pool (closed on Tuesdays for maintenance) and there is parking, washing machine, wifi, air conditioning in its 2 bedrooms, kitchen and hot water.

Space for family and couple coexistence, ideal conditions for rest and leisure of all ages, complete accommodation within a private circuit with security for entry, pool inside the house (it is not a common or shared area), it has a large grill, trampoline and lounge chairs for resting in the sun, it has cable and internet service, as well as televisions in each room, option of accommodation for more than 6 guests with an additional cost.
