The apartment is also a great starting point for excursions of all kinds. Optimal by train or bike, cycling space in front of the house, or basement compartment (2R). Bicycle rental nearby The rooms are 2 separate rooms, in none is the kitchen integrated. It is small & extra.

Holiday home at the river

Gmund is the insider tip to stay at lake Tegernsee - our house is situated at the little river Mangfall only 300m away from the train station and 150m from the lake. Our holiday home was completed in 2016, has two rooms, a new bathroom and a big eat-in-kitchen. We furnished the two-story flat, in a way that our friends, family and you can feel at home: the flat is bright, spacious and cosy. Our holiday home is suitable especially for couples and families.

In the family house is the condo "Cosy corner" with 30 m2 on the beautiful Wörthsee. The property is located on a hill and is accessible from the main road.Ideal for nature lovers. It's a 15-minute walk to the S-Bahn. It takes 40 minutes from the Steinebach S-Bahn station to Munich Central Station.The lake is a 5-minute walk away. A concrete terrace is available for guests to share. From now on also Sup Board rental, request at least one day in advance

Close to Tegernsee & Schliersee!

Our with love, newly renovated apartment, is idyllically located in the small settlement Wachlehen about 3 km from the city of Miesbach. It is located on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area with access to the west terrace. The two bedrooms have a box spring bed. Ideal for a Kl. Family or 2 friends. To get to the 2nd bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. Not really bad, but I would like to point it out.

Diese Wohnung ist sehr schön und neu renoviert. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmern, in einem ist ein Doppelbett (180x200cm) und ein Sofa-Bett, in dem anderen sind 2 Einzelbetten. Dazu kann man das Wohnzimmer auch als Schlafzimmer verwenden (Ein Sofa-Bett vorhanden). Auch Im breiten Gang vor dem großen Schlafzimmer ist ein Sofa-Bett. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet(Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschinen, Geschirr, usw.) Ein Parkplatz im Innenhof ist dabei.

Book our new 3 room flat (89sqm) with fully furnished and new high quality fitted kitchen. From the balcony you have an indirect view of the Ammersee and in only 4 minutes on foot you are already at the longest lake promenade in Germany. The S-Bahn (S8 Munich and airport) is a 15-minute walk away.
