"THIS is the one!" - Mark NY, Guest. Wake up to epic coastal views from this tranquil, central villa, close to Positano’s top restaurants, and beaches (Francos, Sirenuse etc). Easily reach town center via an elevator steps away that also connects to a car park (a Positano luxury) or walk the charming paths.

This tranquil 2 bedroom (1 double, 2 singles that can also combine into a double), 2 bath is nestled between cliffs and olive groves and sleeps up to 4. A retreat for romantic getaways,

The space
Watch yachts and fishing boats glide across the Tyrrhenian Sea as you enjoy morning coffee from our large sun terraces.

The Villa offers charm and comfort with AC, 2 well equipped kitchens, 2.5 bathrooms, a washing machine, and sun terraces with loungers and an outdoor shower.

Bedroom 1 is a large double with access to a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, sun blocking shutters and outdoor furniture.

Bedroom 2 is a large studio with two singles, lounge seating, a kitchenette and bathroom, air conditioning, sun blocking shutters, outdoor lounge and dining furniture and sun terrace with additional outdoor shower.

A hallway offers a large built in closet for guest storage.

The area around Villa Rispoli boasts lovely, peaceful paths through mountains, forests, and caves or down towards remote beaches. You'll encounter beautiful palazzos, gardens, and dramatic sea views, perfect for reading or meditation.

USE THE WHOLE PLACE
The back terrace has a small gate that leads to our aunt and uncle's flats below. This is kept closed for privacy. Sometimes their VERY FRIENDLY dogs Primo and Alla poke their heads up for a head scratch.

ELEVATOR, PARKING & LUGGAGE
The nearby town lift is a rare Positano convenience. At the bottom it has car parking, a bus stop, and luggage storage. It goes up to the path leading to the property, followed by three short flights of steps to our front door. Guests rarely need a porter, but they can help with heavy or oversized luggage if needed.

Other things to note
There’s parking close by. The elevator goes between Parcheggio Liparlati car park on the main Coastal road to Via Stefan Andres foot path where our property is. The bottom elevator stop also serves as a bus stop and luggage storage.

Despite its central proximity, the villa is nestled in the quiet, residential Liparlati district of Positano, away from the tourist bustle. This provides a peaceful, authentic retreat with breathtaking views.

CENTRAL CONVENIENCE
The town center offers an excellent assortment of famous top restaurants, bars, and shops, including Franco’s Bar, the Sirenuse Hotel, and Casa e Bottega. You'll also have access to water taxis and ferries servicing the villages of the Amalfi Coast, the island of Capri, and boats to Sorrento, Salerno and Napoli.

SCENIC PATHS
The area around Villa Rispoli boasts lovely, peaceful paths and easy hikes that explore the mountains, forests, and caves behind the property or lead down towards remote beaches. Occasionally, you might see hikers or climbers abseiling. Along these paths, you'll encounter beautiful palazzos, gardens, and dramatic sea views, perfect for reading or meditation.

STEPS
Villa Rispoli is situated along a charming, stepped neighborhood path typical of Positano that get you to town in about 15 minutes. Some might find the steps of Positano a challenge, especially in summer, so we recommend packing light.

TRANSPORT
The base of the Liparlati elevator is on Positano's main Amalfi Drive road. It’s a transport stop for taxi pickups, the local Interno bus, and long-distance buses between Amalfi and Sorrento.

Villa Rispoli offers both the authentic experience of living in a tranquil local neighborhood with the ease and convenience of being close to the action, making it an ideal base for exploring the enchanting town of Positano.
