Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Charming house in the heart of Perros guirec

Ar penty, is a haven of peace in the heart of the pretty town of Perros guirec, all shops and restaurants are between 5 to 10min walk and both beaches as well as the port are 15/20 min walk. you have a panoramic view of the sea at the end of the street as well as the coastal path. It is a good place to stay, it is comfortable and cozy with two bedrooms (2 double beds) 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, a nice kitchen and a warm living room overlooking a beautiful and quiet landscaped exterior.

This beautiful one bedroom property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. On the ground floor this property has an open plan living space, featuring a kitchen, dining and lounge area, warmed by a large wood stove. The shower room and toilet are also on this level. Up stairs is the master bedroom and relaxing loft area with a sofa bed. At the rear of the property is a private patio with uninterrupted views of the Breton countryside. Entire new accommodation, 10 minutes walk from amenities (shops ,restaurants, cinema) . Same for access to the port ( pier for the island of Batz) and some beaches . The functional accommodation has an equipped kitchen, the sleeping area is furnished with a bed of 160/200 with the adjoining shower room. A small wooden terrace serves the studio and is private.
