Fabulous Family Lake House on Eden Isle

Our Fabulous Family Lake House is located on Eden Isle, a 400 acre resort just outside of Heber Springs, Arkansas. Eden Isle is surrounded by Greers Ferry Lake. Our home is close to (.5 mile) Eden Isle Marina and a short (2 minute) drive from the Red Apple Inn & Country Club. It includes a romantic (gas log) fireplace, a large gazebo with a big screen outdoor theater set up for "movie nights", a cascading koi pond, and beautiful grounds that are drawn indoors by our home's extensive windows.

Launch your boat from the boat ramp, less than three miles away. Great fishing on the lake or nearby Little Red River. Great hunting nearby. Play a round at nearby Tannenbaum Golf Course. Relax in the hammock. Play a game of poker, chess, or Pac Man. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets by the Solo stove fire pit.

This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests include 2 kayaks with paddles, fun noodles and more.This lake house has 2 king rooms with new Serta hybrid mattresses. One of the king rooms also has 2 chairs that unzip and fold out into twin beds. The lakeview Queen room has a new Serta pillowtop hybrid mattress.
