Private Lakefront Cottage, Excellent location!

You will be able to relax and kick your feet up in this this seasonal cottage, that has been loved by our family and friends for 60 years. Enjoy the fresh air, and wildlife such as chipmunks, frogs, woodpeckers, fish and loons. Go for a swim or float in the sun, use the 2 kayaks, a canoe or rowboat. You will get a woodsy Maine experience, while enjoying the convenience of being 10 minutes from civilization. Please reach out with any questions, I'm pretty flexible. Please NOTE: the water from the taps comes from the lake. It is perfectly suitable for washing dishes and showering, but not for drinking. We will provide plenty of drinking water for you to use.

Waterfront Oasis on Pettingill Pond. You couldn't get any closer to the water, it's steps away. There are 3 Kayaks, and a paddleboat, firepit and dock for guest use! This a great spot for swimming and watersports! This home has been newly renovated, the effect results in a simple, stylish, comfortable space for guests to enjoy. Walk to Franco's Bistro for from Scratch Italian food, or Bob's Seafood for a fish taco! This is a piece of paradise on sweet Pettingill Pond in the heart of Windham.

You can't get any closer to Long Lake! The Cabin at Sunshine is a few short steps to the sandy bottom of this crystal clear lake. The Cabin at Sunshine was recently remodeled to give the home a relaxed, lake feeling with unobstructed views of Long Lake. All new mattresses and appliances throughout the cabin. A new Webber grill is outside for those days when you want to spend every second outside. Walk into Naples for ice cream, cocktails, shopping, entertainment, boat rentals, and dinner.

Tucked away in a small town, minutes away from the New Hampshire border, located 2 minutes off of rt. 25 (direct route from Portland ME to NH) The ultimate family or couples getaway. Plenty of room in the back yard for any and all yard games, while also enjoying the firepit, "game shed" and 75ft of water frontage where you can swim, fish, or launch your kayaks from the dock into the Ossipee River. In the winter come to ice skate in the front yard and ski at Sunday River (20mins) or Mt Abrams (5mins). House offers high speed internet, a smart TV and modern amenities. Idyllic Winter Lakeside Cabin

Situated on a beautiful lake with 350 feet of private shoreline the cabin is ideal for family gatherings or a small group of friends, it is not available for parties and events. A seven day minimum stay is required for summer months. Cozy up with board games, a book and enjoy the tranquility. We have firewood on the property for you to use. The docks are not in the water from October to April.
