It is a large open plan studio that is light and airy. The apt is in Green Point in a quiet side street, off the main road. It is a trendy neighbourhood, close to good restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and public transport all within a 2 minute walking distance from the apt. It is close to De Waterkant and the V&A Waterfront. Guests will have access to the whole apartment as well as a secure parking bay. Fibre wifi is fast & uncapped. NO LOADSHEDDING IN THIS APT BLOCK FOR 4 MONTHS!
