(High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking- free on site or close-by. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

This lovely quaint house is in the centre of Stamford, on the doorstep of shops, cafes and restaurants. It is comfortable and well equipped for four people; one bedroom is a double and the other can be made up with two small singles or a kingsize bed. The bathroom has a roll-top bath and separate shower and the kitchen is well equipped with all usual appliances. Stamford is known for Burghley House (and horse trials) and is close to beautiful countryside.

Our comfortable stone built self-contained cottage, situated 1/2 mile from the A1 in a rural village called Stretton. The cottage contains .. 2,Bedrooms .. room 1 with a double bed and room 2, with 2 single beds (which are "Zip and link beds") by request can be turned in to a King size bed. shower room .. with a large comfortable shower cubicle (unfortunately no bath) a front room and fully equipped kitchen. This unique place has a style all of its own, set in a secluded and secure garden. The house is in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages and on the cycle route around the water offering easy access to all the activities that the area offers. The historic towns of Oakham and Uppingham are just a very short drive from the property. The village pub, which serves food, is a 2 minute walk and is very popular with visitors to the area.

This delightful 200 year old stone cottage is a short walk from the centre of Stamford with its pubs, shops and beautiful stone architecture. It is listed for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, both en-suite, but has an additional convertible bed settee, allowing a maximum of 6. The tv has Sky and Amazon Prime. The Two Hollies is our newly renovated 1 bedroom guest home. A super comfy kingsize bed, stylish en-suite shower room, kitchenette, dining/living room and private courtyard with outdoor seating. Free street parking. Only a ten minute walk from the centre of Stamford with its beautiful historic buildings and array of restaurants and boutiques. There is also Burghley House, fabulous countryside, and Rutland Water to explore.

The cottage is located on a private lane with free parking. Stamford's stunning historic architecture, quaint independent shops and fabulous pubs are moments from the door. Short walk from the railway station. The cottage is ideal for a couple or group of 3. Being in town, there are daytime background noises of a a nearby laundry and occasional workman in the area but people don't generally find these a problem.
