The Stables

Situated in Rowland Flat on a three-acre property, the stone cottage was the original tack and feed rooms for Mr Rowland's stables. Separated by a courtyard the stables are now the home of the host. The cottage is comprised of a truly delightful bedroom with an antique double bed with stunning garden views; comfortable lounge room with TV/DVD, CD/radio, books and games; light and open equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, large electric frying pan and breakfast bar overlooking gardens through french windows (provisions for continental breakfast); the bathroom has both separate shower and claw foot slipper bath, toilet and vanity. R/c air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout. Access from the cottage to your own verandah with garden spilling over…serenity…the perfect spot for breakfast, coffee or bottle of local wine. Enjoy walks through our vineyard and paddocks and come across surprises such as our free-range chooks, wood fire pizza oven, an array of interesting seating and more. Incredible views across the valley floor to the imposing ranges or, bordering our property, the beguiling North Para River (in winter a roaring, cascading joy to behold or in summer the rock based riverbed allows access to caves, a geologists delight) and the birdlife is bountiful. Use of the swimming pool is available in the warmer months.

Abbivale Farm Cottage

Abbivale farm cottage is a lovely tranquil retreat situated 18kms out of Denmark along the Scotsdale Tourist drive. Our place is suitable for discerning adults (up to 4 people). Children are welcome but due to unfenced dams, it is may not be suitable for younger children (under 6). Relax in peaceful surroundings amongst the karris & the gum trees. Blue wrens & kangaroos are plentiful & often emus! - perfect surroundings to relax & unwind. Close by to vineyards,walks & other tourist attractions.

One bedroom, fully self contained cottage, set in a rural location in Moorak, only 8 kilometres south of the city of Mount Gambier, and just minutes from the coastal town of Port Macdonnell. The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

Hidden View

Our Hidden View has an amazing view of the local farm land and Torndirrup National park. Local birds love to join our guests on the balcony for a feed. The Accommodation is not big but practical. There is 1 room with 1 single bed and 1 room with 1 queen bed. The living area is combine with an open kitchen/dining room opening to the decking which has a mini Weber, a table& chairs. This is under roof. 2 Radiators are provided in winter as well as electric blankets. NO PETS ALLOWED.

R & R Cabin Tulka, beautiful location ❤️

Self contained new studio apartment (cabin) located in Tulka, 8km south of Pt Lincoln. The cabin overlooks our pool area, with our house on one side and a native veg roadside on the other. It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.

Cute little purpose built guest house in Denmark town at rear of host’s property. Newly built and full of light, Surfmist is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. You have private side access to the guesthouse and your own courtyard garden to relax in, the only shared space is the car park. You hosts are a family of four. We are happy to chat and share knowledge about this beautiful part of the world but we also respect guest privacy.

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Just a note for any pet owners- our property is not fully fenced off!

A brand new studio near the heart of town, less than 1km from General store, Skate park and Brewery. Purposely built with couples in mind, quality products throughout and all the amenities you could need for a trip to Bremer Bay. What the studio lacks in size it more than makes up for in charm and practicality. The verandah is fully enclosed with outdoor blinds and you even get a sneaky peak across the Fitzgerald National park at Mount Barren.
