Wonderful new house with 2 bedrooms and a huge studio inthe city of Sutomore.The house is located at the far end of the town, so it is very quiet around, has a nice terrace with great view of the sea and mountains, roof terrace (60m2). tranquil and perfect for yoga. Fully equipped with:Air conditioning, mosquito nets, blinds, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, linen and towels. Comfortably sleeps 4 persons in bedrooms and 1-2 on the sofa in the living room. This charming village house was completely renovated in 2018. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, an entrance garden with a barbecue and a wide yard with a brick rotisserie. The holiday home stands at 600 m above sea level and is peaceful and quiet, allowing you to immerse in untouched nature. All the rooms have a mountain view. The nearest beach is in Meljine, 12km away. Places of interest include the walled town of Herceg Novi (15km) and mountains (Orjen and Subra, both higher than 1500 m).

House is all renovated(2019-2020). house is near the sea,about 30 m.each room looking on the sea.House have AC.there is a beautiful garden(150m2garden+terrace) for guests and terrace.. My place is quite and homey. It has a great location, just 2 steps from the sea. It's perfect for any type of travellers, also booking for events is available.
