Luxury in downtown Gramado!

NEW, recently furnished and equipped by interior designers. The apartment is located on a high floor with a beautiful view of the city and a great solar position, finely equipped and decorated, the 02 suites are very spacious, the linen is all in the hotel standard with a lot of comfort , the living room is very cozy and has all the technologies for your rest . The kitchen is complete with gourmet area and barbecue. It has a laundry with a washer/dryer. There is no stair level, there is an elevator !

Exquisite decor,two bedrooms being one en-suite, the other with an integrated social bathroom, hot/cold air conditioning, living room and bedrooms. Full kitchen to make coffee contemplating the beautiful clock church. Good garage *We provide crib and stroller generating savings because they don't have to rent.

Amazing Luxury Apartment Complex Near Downtown

This is a finely decorated apartment, in the main neighborhood of Gramado, in a quiet street, but that is close (within walking distance) to all the tourist places in the city, such as Lago Negro, Mini-world, Centro and etc. All rooms are cozy, thinking about the best experience! From a wonderful fireplace, passing through the game room and even duvets and soft blankets, plus all the accessories available in the kitchen.
