The house is located in a dead-end street, which ensures complete peace. The whole neighbourhood is very nice and quiet . Relax on the cosy sun island by the pool, make use of the barbecue and prepare a delicious meal for the whole family and let the kids have fun in the huge garden and the pool.

We have renovated our cottage in Barbat with great attention to detail in 2022 and are now making it available to holiday guests in the summer months. Our property is located in Barbat, halfway between the ferry port of Misjnak and the beautiful medieval town of Rab. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of our garden and the private pool and still be less than a five-minute walk from the waterfront. A small supermarket can be reached just in a 10 minutes walk .
