NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Completely (mid-2018) furnished 2-room apartment (60 sqm) by the forest with terrace in a small municipality between Munich and Wasserburg. Free WiFi is available. In the living room a fold-out sofa bed (1.35x2 m). Additional beds on request. By car: MUNICH 35-45 min, MUNICH FAIR 25 min , CHIEMSEE 45 min, AIRPORT 40 min, THERME ERDING 30 min. Bus line 9410, S-BAHN STATION EBERSBERG can only be reached by car in 15 minutes. Please do not have children under 5 years of age. (not furnished)

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without transit traffic. The nearest motorway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4km away. From here you can go hiking and biking straight away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool is 5 min walking distance

Our very bright, idyllic and quiet apartment is located on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The new apartment is modernly furnished and very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the foothills of the Alps. Only eight kilometers from Chiemsee and Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg, far from the hustle and bustle of the year.

Close to Tegernsee & Schliersee!

Our with love, newly renovated apartment, is idyllically located in the small settlement Wachlehen about 3 km from the city of Miesbach. It is located on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area with access to the west terrace. The two bedrooms have a box spring bed. Ideal for a Kl. Family or 2 friends. To get to the 2nd bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. Not really bad, but I would like to point it out.

The apartment has a size of about 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 people. The cozy furnished apartment is on the 1st floor and can be reached via the external stairs. The west-facing living area leads directly to the private, protected outdoor seating area overlooking nature. The kitchen as well as the other furnishings were made by a local carpenter with regional wood. Details, fabrics and colors have been lovingly selected to feel good

At the beginning of November 2022, we renovated our apartment. Now enjoy modern design with old-fashioned, extensive amenities! Enjoy relaxation in our apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our three-family house, which we also live in ourselves. We offer peace and relaxation in an old settlement road with families in the neighborhood. The entire apartment is spatially separated from us, self-check-in is possible via key box.

Private " Finkennest " with a mountain view

Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a private residential unit upstairs with private bathroom - shower/toilet of a single kitchen and small silent fridge, which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen, there is a third sleeping option in a niche. A covered seating area will be at your disposal on the east side. The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the neighboring house likes to visit us daily.
