Our home is located in the Black Forest area of Colorado Springs. We have a spectacular view of Pikes Peak; we hope that folks will have a relaxing and refreshing time while staying with us. Guest area is the lower part of our home, about 2100 square feet. Private entrance, two bedrooms, media room (larger TV, board games, study area), full bathroom, common area with pool table. Guest area is secure with a locked door for privacy and security; door connects lower level with host living level.

Monument Colorado - Tiny Home nestled in the Pines - conveniently located near Air Force Academy, Monument, Palmer Lake, just north of Colorado Springs including Garden of the Gods, Boot Barn Hall etc. 40 min south of South Denver- a quick drive to hiking and biking trails, restaurants and mountain fun! Cutthroat Cove- Air Force Academy

Completely relax! Even if you are here for business. Cutthroat Cove is near the entrance to the Air Force Academy but feels like you are living in the woods. Private entrance (with stairs), parking space, one bedroom, one bath with a large living room area. The mini kitchen features a dishwasher, mini-fridge, toaster oven and microwave. The fireplace makes it cozy and warm and sometimes we are visited by large wildlife. Minutes from restaurants and hiking trails.

Retreat to a space surrounded by trees and a Colorado get-a-way vibe, while still having close access to the highway, food, trails and more! We are located less than 40 minutes from the Colorado Springs airport and less than 20 minutes from the Air Force Academy. Monument is a charming town that is worth exploring!
