It was built in 2020, has 2 double bedrooms, large lounge/dining area/kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. It is located in the village of Dunan, 5 miles from Broadford. The house is directly above the seashore with views to the Island of Scalpay across Loch na Cairidh, the Old man of Storr and to the mountains of the mainland and the wall to ceiling windows highlight the beautiful views

Argyll Retreat by Lock Eck. Argyll Forest Park.

Open all year. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers and pets are very welcome and stay at no extra charge. There are many activities in the area for the outdoor enthusiast and Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Feorag Ruadh has a wealth of character offering an authentic log cabin experience. This cosy cabin has it's own jacuzzi style hot tub. Use of the sauna is an additional £7 per night. The cabin is approximately 100m from the shore of beautiful Loch Awe. It is ideal for a romantic few days away, a short break to unwind or as a base for exploring the surrounding area. We welcome families but don't have equipment for very young children eg cot, highchair, stairgate or suitable fireguard

Torea Cabin, cosy with loch view

Enjoy the peace and views at our cosy wee cabin. Beautiful setting on the banks of Loch Eil. Watch the Jacobite Steam Train pass on the opposite shore, along with the sea birds and other wildlife. Easy access to the water if you have kayaks or paddle boards. Located within the grounds of our home, so you share the driveway and garden. Make sure you bring your provisions as we are 35 minutes drive from Fort William and there are no shops or restaurants near by.
