Quaint Batavia Coach House

I am creating an airbnb account for my two lovely parents, who are empty nesters for the first time in thirty-two years. We, myself and my five siblings, were blessed to be raised in the quaint city of Batavia, IL, which boasts river paths, close proximity to a train station that will take you into Chicago, and historic neighborhoods such as our own. Our property consists of two homes, our own and a coach house, which we would love for you to stay in! Both are situated on a family-friendly old-fashioned alley with mature maple trees. This is a one bedroom apartment within the home. NOT FOR PARTY No Smoking , ABSOLUTELY No events, parties, or large gatherings. The apartment has a separate entrance from the home main entrance. The apartment also comes with comcast high speed internet. The living room couch can be turned into a double bed, that sleeps two. Large ,shower towels and shampoo included. The apartment includes washer and dryer.The bedroom sleeps two .It is about 30min drive to Downtown-Chicago and15min to O'hare .

Enjoy our cozy and peaceful Coach-house , private entrance with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Newly renovated and updated throughout. Queen bed with mattress topper, studio area includes Smart TV, water station, Keurig coffee machine and quick-set lock. Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

Near downtown Wheaton no charge additional guests

This home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay near downtown Wheaton with the Metra line less than 2 miles away. The home is thoroughly cleaned between visits because safety is our #1 priority. Two large living rooms with Wi-Fi, and cable tv. We are pet friendly, close to shops and great restaurants. We do not up-charge for additional guests. Due to these uncertain times we highly recommender that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations. Happy travels!!

Very large guest suite with 3 separate areas. Just like your own apartment. Great for friends traveling together! ENTRANCE IS THRU THE MAIN PART OF THE HOUSE. This is just for the basement apartment but you have complete privacy down there. Fenced-in yard, hot tub, large patio, bbq, firepit, enjoy fishing or sitting watching the beautiful sunsets.
