Pequeño apartamento adosado a la casa. La cara sur está llena de ventanas con lo q el lugar está super iluminado. Con entrada totalmente independiente. Porche donde disfrutar de las vistas y el sonido de los pájaros. Cerca de preciosos senderos donde perderse y playas magicas como Laga, Ea, Ogeia, Lekeitio. En invierno disfruta del calor de la estufa de leña. Cocina exterior (no acondicionada para invierno. Se puede cocinar en ella y comer en el apartamento al calor del fuego) 2 camas!

20 minutes from San Sebastian, in Pasai Donibane (Pasajes San Juan) we have renovated the last floor of the old family house of the eighteenth century in which we have lived 3 generations. The goal was to get a small open-plan apartment under a deck with a useful free height of 1.80 meters in the walkway area, which had the maximum useful surface area and natural light possible, highlighting the wooden structure that supports the sloping deck.

Very quiet house although it is in the center of the pintxos area since it is completely soundproofed.
