Historic City Center Apartment in Vogelenbuurt

Spacious (120m2) exclusive apartment with everything you need for a carefree stay in Utrecht. Perfect for families and one or two couples. Enjoy the entertainment options like Sonos sound system, Smart TV with Chromecast, Netflix and smart ambient lightning, while period touches include stained glass, high ceilings and authentic chandeliers. The apartment is devided over 2 floors and had a total size of around 120 square meter. The apartment is big enough to accommodate a family with (young) kids, 2 couples or single couples who needs some extra space. Also business- and solo-travellers are more than welcome to stay. On the first floor: A toilet and small room with desk, a spacious living room with large sofa, TV (with Chromecast) and music equipment. Via the living room there is an entrance to the balcony. Open kitchen with all facilities like microwave, oven, dishwasher. This whole floor has the authentic high ceilings which give a very spacious feeling. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with large bed and entrance to the second balcony, 1 bedroom with sleeping couch for 1-2 person(s). Large bathroom with huge bath, separate walk in shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. WiFi, clean bedsheets, towels, dishwashing tablets, coffee and tea are included. Next to this you can make use of our iPad, Netflix account, Chromecast, Apple TV, iMac, electric drumkit, acoustic guitar and Sonos sound system. In case of any questions or doubts; don't hesitate to send us a message. Note: This apartment is not suitable for parties or loud group of people. Please have a party in the city or stay elsewhere. Welcome in Utrecht! Shop in the boutiques and supermarkets and dine in the hip restaurants in the famous streets of Oudegracht and Voorstraat, 5 minutes away by foot. Stroll in the open spaces of nearby Griftpark, while the central railway station is a 15-minute walk. Train: The apartment is located 15 min walking distance from Utrecht Central Station train station. Utrecht is easiest reachable within 30 min by train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Car: There are paid parking places in the street for EUR 3,58 per hour or EUR 24,96 per day. On Sunday it is free to park. There is also an option to park in parking garage called Grifthoek for EUR 16,00 per day. This parking garage is very close by (4 min walk) Free parking is possible near train station Utrecht Overvecht, but will take you at least 20-25 min walk to the apartment.

Great waterview apartment in healthy environment

Please feel welcome in this spacious and well-cared apartment at the upper floor of our house just 30 min. from Amsterdam. The house is situated at the waterfront of a lake with clear water to swim and do other watersports. It has a roof terrace with a wide view over the lake, to enjoy the sun and a BBQ. From this great and healthy place you can visit the dynamic cities as Amsterdam, Utrecht and Rotterdam or Almere with his modern architecture and lay out for separate cycle paths and parks.

Light and spacious apartment (50 m2), in the heart of Utrecht. Admire the medieval orphanage gate from your bed. Or do you prefer a skyline of red roof tiles? The two rooms and central kitchen are separated by sliding doors, so you can make one big space of the apartment with windows on three sides and in the ceiling. A Mexican/Frida Kahlo inspired, pet and child friendly and cozy apartment in the heart of Zeist with a city garden. Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, Uithof Science Park, Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within a walking distance. Station Driebergen-zeist is just 5 min by bus . Also close to the central highway (A12).

The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy Bottendaal district with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is on walking distance of the Central Station, City Centre and Radboud University and Hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green.
