Pleasant living in a historic house

This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quietly located on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is only 3 minutes to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade on foot. So the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes or completely on foot along the popular lake promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is older, but the decor is modern or partly new. On cleanliness and hygiene, we attach great importance to make you feel comfortable.

You will stay in a small fine Baroque cottage. The center of Lucerne is within a 10-minute walk. The cottage is ideal for 1-2 persons. The small space (15 m2) has all the details that will make your stay cozy and enjoyable. It has a comfortable sofa bed, which you use as a sofa during the day. Die Wohnung liegt in der Zentralschweiz. Sie haben mit dem Auto nach Luzern 35 Min., Zürich 45 Min., Bern 40 Min. oder Aarau 15 Min. Die Busstation ist direkt vor der Haustüre. In unserem Dorf gibt es sehr gute Restaurant's, unter anderem eine Bäckerei mit frischer Ware . Da wir in einem ruhigen Dorf gelegen sind empfiehlt es sich mit einem Auto zu kommen. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nehmen hier mehr Zeit in Anspruch für eine Reise.

Middle of the city oasis

The studio was renovated and furnished in July 2020. The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180x200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooks the front yard. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. In sight of the studio is the train line. Trains run slowly, but are audible. There are no trains after midnight and quiet hours are guaranteed.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
