Katherine's Place Luxury Lakefront Home!

Beautiful new construction lakefront on Lake Catherine. We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy coffee in the mornings. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including ducks, deer, geese, and otters. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and using the dock just steps out the back door. Trout are stocked in the winter months and can be caught near the dam; it is some amazing fishing. Only 5 min. to Garvan Gardens 10 min. to Oaklawn 15 min. to Downtown, and 11 min. to Lake Catherine State Park.

Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage on Lake Hamilton with a boat dock! Located just off the main channel , breath taking views and easy access to Hot Springs National Park, Historic downtown, oaklawn race track, boat rentals,restaurants ,and shopping!! Very quite and cozy with fire pit and ambiance lighting!! A place you will want to revisit!! So book now !! Also has two kayaks . A very nice cove to float and soak up some sun.
