My house has recently been completely renovated. It is located in Valeggio sul Mincio in a quiet and green place. It is a studio for 4 people, independent and with private parking. It includes a bathroom with window, shower, toilet, bidet. There is a kitchen equipped with espresso machine, induction stove, microwave, fridge and small freezer. From the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the hills near Lake Garda.

Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.

Our house is a cozy nest 15 minutes walking from Bardolino city center and it is surrounded by vines and olive trees. Here 4 people find a perfect base to explore lake and cities on our areas as Verona Venice Padova and Bolzano we are at 8 km from Affi shopping center and highway, and 20km from Peschiera del Garda train station.
