Independent, duplex cottage (40m²), completely renovated and air-conditioned in the city center of Nogent-Le-Roi, in the heart of the Royal Eure Valley. Access to many historical and natural sites nearby. Upstairs, a large bedroom with king size bed (possible to divide into 2 single beds) and 2 single beds. Possibility baby bed.
