The apartment is well-equipped with underfloor heating, solid wood floorboards, kitchen incl. Dishwasher & oven, bathroom, music system & TV with satellite connection, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer. A unique house for unique days... ...with our tiny house in the Hessian Rhön. It is in the large garden. From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It is made up of a bathroom with shower and water toilet, kitchenette, dining table, fold-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the heavenly sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00). Hot tub for a fee!

At the foot of the Frauenberg, right on the Fulda, we rent a apartment newly renovated in 2021 in our historic water mill with up to four sleeping options in two separate bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Fuldas, the city center can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike. Our large yard also offers free parking. Shopping can be reached in two minutes on foot. On the farm live two lively, friendly dogs.
