This wonderful, new loft is located near Vevey on Lake Geneva. It offers wonderful views of the lake and the Unesco World Heritage Site of Lavaux with its picturesque vineyards. This charming apartment, recently and perfectly restored, is located in a characterful building, in the heart of the old town, 2 min from the lake and 5 from the train station. In the pedestrian alleys of the neighborhood you will find the typical cafes and restaurants of the Riviera, as well as shops of all kinds and supermarkets. It has one double bedroom, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen that overlooks a large bright living room and a south facing balcony!

Our house is located in a quiet area of the Broye district. We have a garden out of sight: swimming pool, vegetable garden, lawn, terrace. Within a radius of about 30km, different activities are possible: excursion in small train water parks, equestrian center, go-karting, adventure park in the trees, beaches, swimming pool, hiking places, thermal centers, zoo, exotic gardens, museums, castles, ... Ideally located for hiking around the 3 lakes.

Cosy loft in eco-house in Villarepos

Our house is built with ecological material that literally grows or is outside the front door - wood, straw and clay. The furniture is either recycled and the new pieces are solvent-free. Entering the house, you smell the wood, the pleasant ambiance and you will feel it. It is very cosy, the view into the biodiversity of the garden and the woods on the horizon bring you peace of mind. Our house and its surroundings are a non-smoking-area.
