Note: On request a roll away bed is provided for the 5th person. Watch the fireworks directly from the balcony overlooking the breathtaking uninterrupted views of the picturesque Darling Harbour. Located at 50 Murray Street Pyrmont NSW 2009/One Darling Harbour Building, next to the Ibis and Novotel Hotel. Welcome packs of essentials including Sydney map, toiletries, coffee, tea, etc, will be waiting for you to help you get settled. There are 24 hours convenient stores across the road if you need a top up and Coles supermarket just around the corner, 5 minute walk on Pyrmont Bridge Road. One Darling Harbour is accessible by your own vehicle with one complimentary secured car parking, (NO unexpected hidden costs or charges for parking) Also accessible by ferry or light rail. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen for self catering. Two bedrooms, the master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV with harbour views and air conditioning. Second bedroom features 2 single beds which can be zipped together if another king bed is required, flat screen TV, direct access to balcony and direct access to main bathroom which features bath/shower and integrated laundry for your use and air conditioning. Living area features leather lounge, large flat screen TV/DVD with Foxtel and Netflix, CD stereo, desk, 4/6 seat dining table and wireless internet. Apartment is fully air conditioned. Accessibility friendly for people with limited mobility with lifts within the building and undercover paths from building directly to Darling Harbour and shopping centre from level 1. We can provide a cot and high chair on request. Fireworks are on most Saturdays in Summer and on some Saturday nights during the rest of the year pending weather or event on the harbour. Walk a few minutes to get to landmarks like the Herbert Street Clifftop Walk or the Sydney Heritage Fleet. Taxi stand is right outside the building. Ferry, Bus and Light Rail just across the road. --> Ferry takes you directly to Opera House, Harbour Bridge and The Rocks. -->Bus takes you directly to Bondi Beach. --> Light Rail takes you directly to Paddy's Markets or a 15 minute walk. Don't forget to buy an Opal card for bus and light rail travel before your trip No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check in time is 2pm-11pm >Smoking permitted on outside balcony with glass doors closed >Arrival time after 2pm >Departure time strictly 10am >Apartment to be left neat and tidy with all rubbish removed >( PLEASE only use a warm damp mop or cloth on bamboo floor, saturation will spoil the wood ) RUBBISH >There is a rubbish room/chute just past the lifts on the right hand side on your floor. The white button just inside the door turns on the light. >Guests must not be a nuisance to adjoining apartments eg: excessive loud music > All washing up must be done prior to departing >Guests to lock doors and turn off lights and air conditioner prior to departing >Keys must be returned to concierge desk prior to departing >No stiletto shoes to be worn in the apartment >No stairs, very handicap friendly NOTE If bus travel is on your preference, make sure you pick up your Opal card from one of the many 7-Eleven or convenient stores before you catch the bus. Adult Opal card charges range from $10 to $120 They offer Senior/Pensioner and Concession discounts on line. A great way to travel! You cannot get any place more central or convenient than this!
