Historic Treme Luxury - Walk to French Quarter

So convenient to Mardi Gras and the French Quarter (15 minute walk) but just far enough away to have tranquility in the evenings! Our 1900 sf home is a historic Victorian built in 1866 and furnished with antiques so you feel like you're experiencing old New Orleans, but was recently completely renovated so you'll have all modern comforts. We're easy walking distance to the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street and Jazz Fest. Also a 15-minute walk to many wedding venues and mansions on Esplanade.

Located in Midcity on Canal St. just a streetcar ride from downtown. Historic New Orleans property with private entrance, 17ft high ceilings, and a balcony view. A local favorite Mandinas Restaurant right across the street. Bike path 2 blocks away which also takes you straight into the French Quarter. This location is literally the heart of the city making it extremely easy to get anywhere around New Orleans within 10 minutes. It really doesn’t get any better than this, I promise!

You get the entire upstairs apartment: living/ kitchen area 3 Bedroom, 2 Baths Private entryway (stairs), laundry, and balcony Shared yard Walk: 2 min Canal St street car 10 min to French Quarter. 15 To Superdome! Best of Midcity and Vieu Carre- walk to hospitals, Greenway, cafes, bars & more. My fav parts of the unit: view of the tow yard, brick wall graffiti, Hotel Monteleone sign, and the iron lace on the balcony. Low-key quiet area. plenty on-street parking!

Tropical OASIS Getaway with a Private Pool & Spa

This FUN, OASIS home has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 1/2 baths. It's located in a SAFE and POPULAR area of New Orleans, and it has a private HOT TUB , swimming POOL, and a ping pong, air hockey and pool table! My vacation rental is located right off the FAMOUS Magazine Street and within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, drug stores, the St Charles streetcar and RTA bus stop. :-)

Brainard Inn - 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath

Since 2015, just steps to the St. Charles streetcar on Brainard Street (at Philip St). The 1930's double is the entire second floor with private front and rear entrances, Living and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, screened porch and laundry. Relax and enjoy a walk-able neighborhood after exploring the many activities of the city. I live downstairs and enjoy meeting our guests upon arrival. Restaurants, bars and markets are on St. Charles Avenue!

Beautiful shotgun style house in the middle of the historic Bywater neighborhood. Only a few miles from the French Quarter, two blocks from public transportation, and plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Close enough to the French Quarter for easy access but far enough to get away from the madness. The bathroom can be shared if back room is occupied

Central City Artfully Done

A raised sitting porch and private entrance with keypad access give way to a warm, artistically decorated and thoughtfully appointed half of a 2 bedroom shotgun double. My husband and I live on the other side of the double. We’re happy to recommend restaurants, happy hours, live music, or whatever you're into plus the best ways to get around.
