Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.

Stroll three blocks, one through the park and you will be in the heart of downtown by the movie theater where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do. Our rental is located across the street from the Lake Placid Horse Show Grounds above our small family business. It is our goal to offer a clean, affordable and comfortable space for visitors. We do allow well behaved dogs, however dogs who tend to startle easily and bark often are discouraged.

Lake placid Area-Dog Friendly, Zoey's Spot.

Dog friendly, small 2 bedroom home, with large living area. Perfectly placed between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. The house has a private back yard, fully fenced in with a small fire pit. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill. If you would like to bring your dog, we do have a $75 dog fee, ( for up two dogs).This can be paid through another link or cash left at the house.
