Cottage offers large windows for viewing the porch and lake. The location is private but only 8 minutes to historic Lavonia Ga. Your family will enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking or canoeing from the dock. Nearby Tagaloo State Park offers miniature golf, a sand beach, tennis, hiking and boat rentals. There are lots of nearby restaurants that will surely please everyone. The cottage kitchen is fully equipped for cooking along with the porch grill. The cottage is beautifully furnished as well.

This is a unique and tranquil getaway house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, a large yard. Walmart, Tanger Outlet, nice restaurants at Commerce are just 10 miles away. Horse riding is nearby. A peach farm is next door. The yard allows to park RV, boat, and 30 cars. A covered deck for BBQ, eat outside and breathe fresh air, watch the pasture, and listen the songs from birds, dogs, and roosters. Additional cabin and another 3 bedroom house may be available for extra costs.
